FL R500

The new FL R500 has been designed to offer an innovative competition seatbox to the most demanding competitor. The frame has been redesigned, using new profiles and shaped shells that integrate the side levels and make the look very attractive. The 36mm profile of the legs has been redesigned to lighten them without compromising solidity. Also new is the system for locking the legs to the frame, called “Fast Lock”, which allows for a quick, practical and effective block. The system, through internal eccentrics, allows with a 90-degree rotation of the locking lever, to tighten the internal clamp, making the legs completely integral with the frame. The tightening force of the lever is adjustable via an adjustment knob. The new cushion, with revised memory foam padding, mounts the new rubber shell for housing the rod, and is covered in waterproof material with a very modern textured design. The new lever system has also allowed to reduce the lateral bulk of the seatbox by about 4cm.
